A long time ago, I wrote an article called “How To Increase Opinions about Content Marketing Strategies”. I have culled an except that write up that includes the following section.
“Your content has to have substance, it can’t be a publicity stunt to get people to notice you and come visit you. The best ideas for your brand identity are ideas that are going to last. Your visitors aren’t coming back just to have a good time, your visitors are coming back because they have a need. So think about what your visitors are coming to you for and make sure that whatever it is you think you can offer them a solution to, that you offer them a solution to. No one is going to stay on your site just for a good time. Make sure your content is going to keep them coming back for more, every day. Your visitors don’t come back just to have a good time, they come back with the intent to buy.”

Since I wrote that article way back, content marketing strategies have come a long way. In fact, you can start using content marketing strategies to actually increase your brand’s authority in your field today. To do this, you will need to:
Identify your industry:
Most people get content marketing wrong and either don’t know what they are writing about or they think their content is content when it isn’t.
Come up with a headline that does a good job of clearly identifying the niche you want to write on:
You can start by looking at articles and reviews of products in your industry. Then put that information into your headline. Make use of power words and emotional words to spark curiosity and boost conversions
Identify why you wrote that content and what you hope to accomplish:
Once again, this is going to come from your articles and reviews of products, if you can find those. It is okay if there is more than one answer to the question you want to answer in your content.
Put all of this together and you have a good headline:
Now that your headline is done, it is time to get your article up. One of the best things you can do to get your article up on a page is to, once again, write a very clear and focused headline. Keep it short and very simple. (KISS) You want to get that article up as fast as possible and get people to resonate with it.

Once your article is up, don’t just let it sit:
Go back and make some clarifying edits and then send it to your list, again, quickly. Your readers want to get right to the meat of your article. They don’t want to have to scroll through an email to get to the next bit of copy. They want to get right to the point.
Again, use your content to direct them to your website:
Give them your details and invite them to sign up for your newsletter. Provide a link or a live chat. Keep revising your content until you are happy with your piece. And keep checking it to make sure that you are getting exactly what you want.
Schedule for publication :
Once you are happy with your article, it is time to schedule your article for publication. Use your new article outline to get started. Give it a title, set it into an E-book form and then schedule it to go up.
Give correct contact details:
Make sure that you give your subscribers all the details that you need in order to contact them. Give them your E-mail address, your Website domain name and your telephone number. If you need a mailing list, you will want to give them these. Once you are sure that your article is set, you can give it an “SR” (specific reference). This is one of the best ways to do that you have ever seen. It helps you to tie your articles into a series of articles that you can start and finish.
Once you have all of that done, you can go back to your article and start writing. Go through it and re-read it and review it with your self and give it a passionate memorable thought.
Use that passionate thought to guide you in your writing. Make sure that you have all of the information that you need to get your article published in your mind. Then put that information into your writing. When you have written a great article using that passionate thought, your customers will start to look forward to seeing your articles or newsletters.
