Love to exercise, but never have time? you are not alone. The majority skip this easy practice, but it is a good way to tune into your body and provide your muscles some much needed attention. As the ongoing pandemic keeps many people hunched over a laptop (and moving less overall), being attentive to our flexibility is more important than ever.
Below may be a simple workout you can do. It’s short, simple and you’ll hump anywhere. do this stretch sequence after every workout (or long workday!) on.

Hip Opener
Starting from the same position, place your hands on the mat and lift your back leg up off of the bottom. Twist your upper body to the correct side, pushing through the heel of your foot. Keep your hips square and interact your core during the rotation. Hold for 30 seconds and repeat on the opposite side.
Glute Stretch
Start by lying down on your back. Raise your legs into the air at a 90-degree angle. Bend one knee outward, so your ankle is resting on the other knee. Place your hands behind the straightened knee and move it closer to you. Hold the pose for 30 seconds so switch legs.
Side Bend
Start by sitting on the mat, spread your legs bent perimeters. Stretch and reach your right arm to your left leg, hold for 30 seconds. Repeat on the opposite side for 30 seconds. you ought to feel this through your obliques.

Hip Flexor
Start in an exceedingly lunge position with one leg resting on the bottom. Tuck your pelvis under and lift your chest high. Press forward and you may feel the stretch within the hip resting on the bottom. Hold for 30 seconds, so repeat on the opposite leg.
Hamstrings Stretch.
Start on your knees and stretch one leg out between your hands. Straighten your back while keeping your core engaged. Hold this pose for 30 seconds, that specialize in your breathing. Then switch to the opposite leg and hold for 30 seconds.
