List out a road map for the meeting and make sure it has specific predefined objectives.

What should be decided during the meeting?
How should you come to a conclusion at the end of the meeting?
What will be the next step or action plan?
Send this specific number of things to be tackled to each member of the group, before your meeting with the team.
Prop Your Team
Notify every member of the team through email of the importance of the meeting, send everyone an invite and Set aside time to attend the meeting. Collect any useful information to answer key questions during the meeting and support their feedback as well.
When you prop your team ahead, You’ll have great attendance and also attendance with purpose/interest.
Keep To Time
Be strict on punctuality to ensure everyone is in the meeting ahead of time and have a specific time duration. Follow the time for the meeting, if it’s for 1 hour don’t spend more than the specified time.

Talk On The Subject Matter.

Make sure everyone contributes to the meeting. Give specific time for contribution. Get really involved with the discussion,comment on the matter, and gain insight from the meeting.
