As a pacesetter, your primary function is to inspire and guide your team to achieve their goals. However, you will not be able to achieve this if those you work with don’t feel a way of trust and loyalty to you.
One of the simplest ways you can inspire team members is specialize in building strong personal relationships with them. It takes patience and continuous effort, but maintaining those relationships is well worthwhile to possess a committed, collaborative team. I’ll recommend subsequent moves to make that can strengthen your bond with your team.

Hold Meetings Regularly.
Set up a one on one meeting with downlines, it will boost their confidence and build relationships. Be willing to answer questions from downlines. Reach out to your teams regularly. Meeting with a basic agenda where team members can share ideas will show their opinion is valid.
Ask Everyone For Their Opinion When Making Decision
To strengthen relationships with your workers you need to include them in your decision making. Ask for their opinion, as no one is an island of knowledge.shared decision breeds high moral.
Ask For Feedback On Your Management Style
Bosses need to ask employers for feedback on their management style and how it can be improved. Give your employers a question paper (filled with questions on your management style) make sure they don’t put their name on it for you to get an honest answer.

Make Time For Small Talk
No one likes a rigid boss, Employees want their leaders to have a one on one relationship with them as humans and not as workers. Also ask how their weekend was, it helps build personal relationships and show that you care.
Ask, Listen, Respond And Recognize
As a leader don’t get trapped within the day to day and forget that those that report to you are people with feelings. Once people see that they have been seen, heard and valued they perform at a way higher level. Every week, ask for your team opinion for what’s working out and what’s not working out.
